I've sourced chocolate from some of the best small batch craft makers in North America. These are bars you can't taste anywhere else in this city. We’ll talk about terms like "bean to bar," chocolate "origin" and ethical ingredients. Come away with tasting tips and expanded chocolate horizons. $20 pp.
Truffles + bubbly workshop

Sip while you dip your delicious dark chocolate hand-rolled truffles in a variety of toppings to personalize your own small box of chocolates. Learn how to make a simple ganache recipe you can recreate at home—and adapt with your favorite flavors. Ages 21+. $55 pp.
