Good chocolate has an expiration date.

The best chocolate is fresh chocolate. I don't add preservatives, which change the flavor and texture of chocolate. For the best experience, enjoy my chocolate by the "best by" date on the package. Bon bons are best eaten within two weeks and definitely within four weeks of when they were made. Solid chocolate lasts longer.

Store your chocolates in a cool, dry place, 60-70° F. If your chocolates can’t be eaten within two weeks, then seal in a reclosable bag and refrigerate them. When you’re ready to enjoy, slowly return to room temperature to bring out the full flavor before eating.
